Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The beach was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. However, there are limited facilities available, and the location is quite far from the jetty. Additionally, there is no luggage delivery service provided, which made the arrival and departure experience less convenient.

Negative: I stayed for 4 nights, and overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff was not attentive and often not present in the office when needed. On day 3, I requested 2 bottles of water but was told that water is only provided at check-in — just 2 bottles for the entire stay. That policy doesn't make sense, especially since I'm paying the same rate for each night. Basic amenities like drinking water and fresh towels were not replenished daily, which is far below expectations. After raising the issue, the staff eventually gave me 2 more bottles of water, but it should not have required a complaint to receive something so basic. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the level of service needs improvement.
